The Rapture has released a new music video for “In The Grace Of Your Love,” the title track found on the band’s acclaimed 2011 studio album. The video, produced by Dream The End, features The Raptures’ own Gabriel Andruzzi showcasing some sweet interpretive dance moves along with the track.
Of the making of the music video, Melissa Jones of Dream The End says, “After meeting the band I was inspired to create a music video for ‘In The Grace of Your Love’ that played with color and light and space. We all love the artist James Turrell, whose work was part of Dream The Ends first edition, so this was a big inspiration for the video, and I also wanted to bring in a sort of 60s French film look to the piece. For the shoot we worked with a laser artist based in Germany and then shot in a studio space in Chelsea in NYC with the band for the performance parts.”
“FROGG recalls nouveau-electro acts like Santigold and Little Dragon” - Interview Magazine
Berlin’s FROGG released the free MP3 for “Shut Tha Fuck Down” a few weeks ago (along with the Flosstradamus remix), and today the band is sharing the music video for the track, which premiered over at Consequence of Sound. The track will be found on FROGG’s forthcoming debut album, Blink, Blink, which is due out in April.
FROGG consists of Louise Mills, Mo Delgado, and Luke 4000. Mills was born in Leeds and grew up in London, the perfect ground for music experimentation and collaboration throughout her teens and early twenties. She had the opportunity to tour her solo material in Egypt and the experience lead her to make Cairo short-term homebase for more projects. She eventually relocated to Berlin and immersed herself in the local scene and met producer and Seeed band member Mo Delgado.
The two had an instant musical chemistry but realized the need for one more element. Together, they recruited Luke 4000, a Seeed member Mo already knew and worked with. Luke’s experience as a producer and DJ helped them make the live set up the juggerknaut it is today and FROGG was born. Keep an eye out for more from FROGG, coming soon.

Following their tour last year with French pop trio Yelle, and the critically acclaimed release of the debut album Alesia on Kitsune/ Cooperative/ Downtown Records, French duo Housse de Racketannounce a month-long North American Spring tour that kick off at Austin’s SXSW, and ends with their first ever performance at Coachella Festival.
In honor of their American return, they’re making their latest remix of Chateau available via the Discobelle premiere HERE as a free download to their fans. And see a revealing video interview for Out Magazine with the band discussing Pearl Jam, orchestras, Rihanna, grunge, funk mix HERE.
For their sophomore album Alesia, the French synth-rock duo Housse de Racket has teamed up with French super-producer, Phillipe Zdar (Cassius, Phoenix, The Rapture) to create a collection of eleven electro-pop songs in the vein of the bands’ own wide range of musical influences; from Ennio Morricone to David Bowie. The result is a unique compilation of tracks that embody the sound Housse de Racket has made famous, both through their first album and their live show. Recorded half in French and half in English, Alesia is an evolution of sound; a bold new direction for the bands’ follow up album to their wildly successful debut, Forty Love.
Housse de Racket, which translates in English to ‘tennis racket cover,’ are Victor Le Masne and Pierre Leroux. The two are highly sought-after musical collaborators with impressive resumes; they’ve worked with the likes of Chilly Gonzales, Phoenix, and Air.
