STRIKE!!!!!!

Amanda Palmer is like a dirty breath of fresh air after you’ve been bound in your neighbors basement and a rat you’ve befriended chews through the zip ties freeing you to go cut your captor’s heels with a box cutter…. or something like that.
Rarely do I watch an entire Kickstarter pitch, but I crush on Amanda Palmer hard and this is a great gimmick for a campaign video. And well, she’s right, this is the future of music and art and filmmaking and invention and chemistry, construction, innovation and baking. Although the word future is not what it used to be. Future now means….. next 6 to 8 months? So we agree with her proclamation until September? Maybe November?
So, just a few wee months ago I decided to start a porn company and call it “The Moustache in the Bushes” because I believe in 70′s porn. I believe in sex riddled sloppy storylines AND I BELIEVE IN BUSH!! Well, the cosmic connectitron of all our thoughts and desires proves itself ever faster as evidenced by this tantalizing montage of bushed-out beavers and break dance moves. The video promotes Amanda Palmer’s new album, Amanda Palmer Goes Down Under which is available RIGHT NOW for the aptly priced 69 cents at http://music.amandapalmer.net/album/amanda-palmer-goes-down-under. I don’t have much time to go on about the juiciness of the art direction, the “OK-ness” into “catchy-ness” of the song or the veritable retard enjoyability of the direction and artists within, because I am supposed to be writing longer articles for the print version of Out of Print Mag which they tell me will be out in February. Out of Print, in Print…. wonderfully ironic.
Thank you Amanda Palmer, Michael Pope (director),Hillary Spera (camera), Zea Barker & Cassandra Long (all stuff art) for kicking censorship and pubic conformity in its cooter.
Art Nouveau Feminism at its purest:
“Some girls want no shape and they shave it all. That’s so whack. It hurts with the stubble.”
“I say grow that shit like a jungle. Give them something strong to hold on to.”
